Simple Assembly
The home allows for complete assembly within (7) days, without the use of any heavy equipment.
Instead, the home can be put together manually by three (3) people. All PVC panels are very light in weight and assembled similar to Lego, completely on site. This assembly is done prior to pouring the concrete.
Maintenance – Free
As we are targeting social housing, many of the individuals do not allow for extra income towards continuous maintenance which a home frequently requires (ie. painting). The EMTS home offers smooth surfaces and easy to clean walls. In addition, our product is so durable that even Graffiti can easily be removed. The PVC wall can be offered in a variety of colours which are extruded and NOT painted, thus, the home is move-in ready. Most importantly, the EMTS Home creates a very Durable and Hygienic environment for all families.
